Draper > Everywhere Else

You may be wondering, why would I live in Draper? Or maybe you are thinking why would I live anywhere BUT Draper.

Point of View is proud to boast it’s Draper location for many reasons. But the most obvious has to be the mountain views! Our community was built with just those views in mind. Wake up and take your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun rise over Lone Beak and soak the valley. Or dine al fresco on your courtside suite deck and watch the paragliders cruise down over the Point of the Mountain.

But don’t just look at the mountains, go play in them! Draper has the most trails of any city along the Wasatch front and we LOVE to use them. If you are an adrenaline junkie, try flying down the one-way downhill mountain bike trail Rush or try a tandem flight at Point of the Mountain Paragliding. If you’re looking for a more relaxed adventure, enjoy walking with your pup along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail to Draper Suspension Bridge or enjoy a round of golf a breathtaking backdrop.

If you need a break from all of that fresh air, Draper has so many indoor entertainment options including the Loveland Living Aquarium, Boondocks Family Fun Center, Cinemark Theater and All Star Bowling, all of which are less then 10 minutes away from Point of View. All that fun can make you very hungry and thirsty, and this city offers some great options. Some of our favorites include The Ridge Cafe with dog-friendly patio and oven baked pizzas, Seabird Bar with creative cocktails, Sauce Boss Southern Kitchen with the BEST cornbread, and La Barba Coffee with heavenly almond butter toast.

Lastly, the Draper location is incredibly convenient, with fast access to the freeway, to the frontrunner transit and only 25 minutes to the airport. So living here means having convenient access to everywhere else you want to be. But, let’s face it, why would you want to be anywhere else?
