Adison Pace : Community Manager
Adison is our friendly Community Manager, who is also a Certified Property Manager with the National Apartment Association. His favorite amenity of Point Of View has got to be the parking garage, who doesn’t love not having to scrape snow off the car? In the evenings, he loves to wind down by watching some television. If he had to pick his favorite movie it would be Call Me by Your Name.
Samantha Morris : Leasing Professional
Samantha, or Sam for short, is our Leasing Professional who helps our residents find their perfect apartment. Her favorite features of Point of View are the pool and hot tub areas. Sam’s favorite food is pasta and her favorite drink is lemonade. Outside of work she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and spending quality time with her son.
Devin Roberts : Assistant Manager
Devin is our Assistant Community Manager and his friends call him Dev or Big Red. His favorite perk about POV is the gym. Devin appreciates his co-workers and the energy in the office. In his free time he loves to power lift, play his guitar, eat pizza and drink kombucha. His favorite book is “The Belgariad”.
Abel Garcia : Service Technician
Abel is our expert Service Technician who enjoys the company of his fellow employees here at Point Of View. His go-to meal is Mo’bettahs and favorite animal is a cheetah. Outside of work, he especially enjoys watching and playing basketball. His favorite book is “The Alchemist”.
Glenis Aular : Janitorial and Grounds
Glenis keeps POV looking fresh and incredible for our valued residents. Her favorite perk of POV are the breathtaking views. In her downtime, she loves to watch movies. When she is able to get away she loves to go to the beach in Cuyagua, Venezuela.
Jorge Ugas Londono : Grounds Technician
Jorge works hard to keep our community looking beautiful. His favorite area and perk in the community is the luxurious sports bar and lounge areas. Jorge has a passion for soccer and also enjoys watching any Harry Potter film.
William Camacho : Service Technician
William is our hardworking Service Technician alongside Abel. His nicknames are either Chupapi or Will. The best perk in his opinion about POV are the outdoor pickleball courts and basketball court. In his downtime, he loves to play baseball and video games.
