We asked our dedicated management team to find out what they love about the beautiful and adventurous neighborhood of Draper, their favorite “Do’s” in the area, and the many perks of living here at Point Of View Apartments.

Q: What do you love about living in Draper?

A: If you love the mountains, living in Draper is for you! Draper is a prime location with the Wasatch and Traverse Mountains being conveniently close for hiking and exploring nature. 

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?

A: Visiting the Ridge Café for an afternoon brunch and enjoying their amazing cocktails is one of my favorites places to go; the drive up there is a treat in itself. 

Q: What has your favorite resident event been?

A: We have so many resident events and they have all been great! I really enjoyed setting up for our Botox and Bubbly event. We created a comfortable environment for our residents, and we were able to meet many new faces who just moved into Point of View. 

Q: What is your favorite perk of living at POV

A: I don't live at Point of View, but if I did, I would take advantage of their amazing fitness area!

Q: What do you love about living in Draper?

A: The view and access to outdoor activities is unparalleled.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?

A: Oakwood Fire Kitchen is a delicious and easy going pizzeria in a modern setting.

Q: What has your favorite resident event been?

A: Bingo Night! We had an incredible turn out and our residents had such a good time we are doing it again this year.

Q: What is your favorite perk of living at POV?

A: Heated underground parking garage! Because who doesn’t love not having to scrape snow off their car every morning?

Q: What do you love about living in Draper?

A: My favorite thing about living in the Draper is the beautiful view and the distance from the city.

Q: What is your favorite weekend activity?

A: My favorite outdoor activity is hiking Deer Ridge Trail with my dog.

Q: What has your favorite resident event been?

A: My favorite event was our summer pool party. We were able to really get to know our residents and our residents were also able to get to know their fellow neighbors. Not to mention: the food, music, games, and prizes!

Q: What is your favorite perk of living at POV?

A: My favorite perk of living at POV is the gym and dog spa.

Q: What do you love about living in Draper?

A: The location is close to freeway access and convenient for any commute that I have.

Q: What is your favorite weekend activity?

A: I love hiking The Timpanogos trail once it gets warmer.

Q: What has your favorite resident event been?

A: My favorite resident event was the Superbowl Party. Great food, better people, and a really fun atmosphere!

Q: What is your favorite perk of living at POV?

A: Besides the extremely convenient commute to work (plus side of living where you work) my favorite perk is the smart home capabilities we have living here at Point of View. It’s extremely convenient to be able to control so much from my phone at home or away.

Q: What do you love about living in Draper?

A: One of my favorite things about living in Draper is the ease of access to great hiking and mountain biking trails in the Corner Canyon area

Q: What is your favorite weekend activity?

A: When the snow finally melts, I spend a lot of time mountain biking in this area. One of my favorite trails in the area is called Rush. It is really fast and flowy, and good for beginners and experts. 

Q: What has your favorite resident event been?

A: My favorite event has to be our Superbowl Party. It had a great showing and meeting so many residents was awesome. 

Q: What is your favorite perk of living at POV?

A: My favorite perk of living at POV would have to be the awesome gym. It is so much better than any other apartment gym I have seen, with plenty of equipment. It even has a squat rack, which is basically unheard of in other apartment gyms.
