Grand Opening

After nearly two years of construction of our long-awaited community, we finally held our Grand Opening of Point of View Apartments!

We had an incredible turn out, with about 100 people in attendance from management, investors, vendors, residents and more. Draper City was in attendance with representatives, showing their support for this project which has increased visibility and business in the city, and has already attracted several new residents to the Draper area. The South Valley Chamber came out to support us with a ribbon cutting.

Zane Morris (Vice President of Triton Investments and visionary behind Point of View Apartments) gave a speech, as well as Adison Pace (Community Manager), Jim Ivory (Foulger Pratt, Investor) and Carl Tippets (Pentalon Construction Owner). Many people were thanked for their hard work in this project, from all the contractors and subcontractors to investors and to Triton Management. Most importantly, we thank our residents for choosing this community as their home.

We are so proud of the hard work that has been put into this beautiful community, and we are so excited that our residents can finally enjoy all the amazing amenities we have to offer.

“Summertime Sweets” created an unbelievable charcuterie board that was a huge hit, and Nothing Bundt Cakes provided the dessert - always a favorite.
